Richard Parker has long maintained a dream to create a unified RATIONALE HQ. Intrinsically, Richard knew that the destination—both inside and out— needed to offer unbounded energy which naturally led him to Kyneton.
Located just one-hour north of Melbourne’s CBD, every aspect of RATIONALE’s HQ exists to illuminate and inspire work-life integration.

Creativity, Chemistry and Collaboration Collide
The global headquarters sees all of RATIONALE’s departments come together in one luminous, 14,000sqm facility. “RATIONALE HQ was a project of such magnitude and sophistication that it required the most detailed planning, care and attention,” says Richard.
World-leading architect Robin Williams engaged the talents of award-wining construction company Fairbrother (of MONA fame) and pre-eminent landscape designer Paul Bangay to bring RATIONALE’s superlative skincare technologies and training together.
